🥗 Keto Mixed Green Spring Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, rocket)
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
