  • 1 tsp green chili sauce (optional)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

How to Make Paneer Fried Rice

Step 1: Prepare the Rice

  • Use 1-day-old or freshly cooked cooled rice.

  • Keep grains separate for perfect fried rice.

Step 2: Fry the Paneer

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Add paneer cubes, sprinkle salt + black pepper.

  • Toss lightly until golden (1–2 minutes).
